This cache has been archived.

Krypton: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Thanks for your cooperation!

"The (Cincinnati) spectators all arise between halves of the seventh inning, extend their legs and arms, and sometimes walk about." - Cincinnati Red Stockings Player Harry Wright (letter home, 1869)

This is the easiest of this series of caches and why not: It is the 7th inning stretch.

It is perhaps the most mundane, yet physically rewarding moment of every baseball game (and this series). A few precious minutes in which the hours of excruciating stress and anticipation is momentarily lifted for a well-deserved break. It is a time to stand, to dance, to sing and to take care of "nature's calling." It is the Seventh-Inning Stretch and it has become as important a tradition in America's Pastime as the National Anthem and the first pitch.

This cache is located at Raley Field in West Sacramento, a celebated landmark known as one of the best places to see a baseball game in the country.
