Built Épült
The demolition of the old factory started in 2000; two 37 meters tall chimneys and a 126 m long old building were demolished in 6 blastings by 25th September. A bontási munkák 2000. augusztus 12-én kezdodtek meg, és szeptember 25-ig hat robbantással került elbontásra a két 37 m magas, 126 m hosszú ipari épület és a gyárkémény.

Millenáris (his previous name Millenáris Park) is showing the Hungarian capital and Europe important cultural and lifestyle values.This cultural centre is suitable for organizing public or business events also. It's formed from a former iron foundry of Pesti Hengermalom (founded by Ábrahám Ganz) The art relic factory halls shaping to Millenáris Park architectural forming received an Europa Nostra prize in 2002. The "Fogadó" (G building) is standing at the entrance from Kis Rókus street, this building is kept its industrial sights. The iron tower at the front of it is a monument to the nuclear scientists of Hungary. At the backside of the park standing the biggest komplex of the Millenáris, an art relic monument, "B" building, the partly kept, ("cutted" by a glass -wall) "D" building and a newly built entrance the "C" building. Also there is an outside amphitheater and the "Teátrum" (E building). High-standard, contemporary motives with an individual intonation complement these industrial constructions. A lake was shaped on the top of the deep garage, its coast with a bandstand with a spectacular construction. The centre was opened originally as Millenáris Park, but this name shortened soon to Millenáris.
A Millenáris (korábbi nevén Millenáris Park) a magyar fováros és Európa jelentos kulturális és életmódbeli értékeit bemutató – közérdeku és üzleti rendezvényekre is alkalmas – kulturális központja. Az eredetileg a múlt században Ganz Ábrahám által a Pesti Hengermalom területén alapított vasöntödébol fejlesztették ki a késobbiekben a magyar ipartörténet nemzetközi híru gyáregységét. A muemléki gyárcsarnokok újraformálásáért a Millenáris Park építészeti kialakítása 2002-ben Europa Nostra-díjat kapott. A Kis Rókus utcai bejárat mellett áll a Fogadó (G épület), amely kívülrol orzi ipari megjelenését. Az elé emelt kilátó hutotornyokra emlékezteto fémszerkezete a magyar származású atomtudósok munkásságára utal. A park hátsó felében, egybeépült komplexumként áll a legnagyobb, muemléki B csarnok, a részben megtartott, egy üvegfallal „kettészelt” D épület, a kettot összefogó, újonnan emelt bejárat (C épület), valamint a kültéri amfiteátrummal bovített Teátrum (E épület). Az ipari szerkezeteket színvonalas, egyéni hangvételu kortárs motívumok egészítik ki. A parkból teljesen észrevehetetlen mélygarázs tetején tavat képeztek ki, partján látványos szerkezetu zenepavilonnal. A központ Millenáris Park néven nyílt meg, ez rövidült le mára Millenárisra.
