Átrium Park is a unique
office complex with excellent access on the most popular office

Az ingatlan a Dózsa György
út - Róbert Károly körút között húzódó Váci úti szakasz közepén
található. A telek elött szervizút helyezkedik el parkolóval,
fasorral, a Klapka utcánál közvetlen kihajtással a Váci útra. Az
ingatlan legfrekventáltabb és egyben legértékesebb pontja a Klapka
utca-Váci úti szervizút metszéspontjában, a Metróhoz legközelebb
esö teleksaroknál van. Innen tárul fel a legjobban a telek a Váci
úti forgalom számára, ezért erre a pontra egy olyan többszintes
üvegszerkezetet terveztünk, amely (reklámfelület elhelyezése
mellett) lehetövé teszi az épületegyüttes belsö tömbjeinek
feltárulását. Az épület magasságú, üveg-acél kombinációjú szerkezet
az egész ingatlan számára betekintést enged, a belsö kert a
megnyitás eredményeként, zöldszigetként hat a Váci út felöl. Város
a városban önálló belsö terekkel, parkkal, kávézóval, üzletekkel,
vízi architektúrával, mely az ingatlan elötti szervizútra is
kihúzódva új díszburkolatot kap, mobíliákkal, planténerekkel
(virágládákkal), így is növelve a zöldfelületet. A belsö
elrendezésnél szempont volt, hogy az idelátogató számára minden
egyszerüen megtalálható legyen, helyismeret nélkül is. Így a
fobejárattól látható az összes közlekedömag a hozzátartozó
foyerekkel, iroda épületekkel. Az új utcával leválasztott
„hátsó” terület melyre a késöbbiekben lakóépületek
elhelyezése lehetséges szintén elérhetö gyalogosforgalom számára a
belsö üzletekkel, parkkal körülvett téren áthaladva, akár a felsö,
akár a teremgarázs szintjén sétálva.
A láda munkanapokon reggel 6 órától este 22 óráig szabadon
elérhetö, hétvégén zárva.
