Geocache Description:

A simple little multi where you need to obtain the answers to 3 simple questions before making your way to the final location. The coords given refer to part 1 of the multi.

The start point is at Market Harborough's Wharf, which marks the end of the Market Harborough 'branch' of the Grand Union canal. A full explanation of this is detailed on nearby cache "Curse of the FTF #15" which is secreted at the wharf itself, whilst this multi will take you down the canal on a walk of around 30 mins round trip at reasonable pace.

Certainly, this part of Market Harborough is under utilised, for only dog walkers and the occasional walker or cyclist comes through the wharf area, which is now home to several lovely looking flats and smaller non-retail businesses, but the Wharf calls out for a decent, family friendly cafe overlooking the Wharf (there have been at least 2 failed upper end restaurants in the past on the eastern edge of the Wharf, both of which failed).

Parking coords are listed, and all parts of the cache are on the route of National Cycle Network no.6.

So, to the questions:

Q1: N 52 29.073 W 000 55.830 - How many bikes do you see?

Q2: N 52 29.051 W 000 55.845 - Jack and Dorothy must have liked this place. And the year displayed is 200B?

Q3: You'll have to do your own spying here to find the date and therefore the answer - 1C.0D.19E7 to 2F.05.2008

It's a walk further down the canal to the cache location - enjoy looking at the rear gardens of those expensive properties on The Woodlands, on the other side of the canal!

Final coords are: N 52 28.FC(D+B) W 000 (E+B)C.(A-1)EC.

You are looking for a small/medium sandwich box.

Please note, the path to the cache is alongside a canal, so keep an eye on young ones (though the path is wide and well surfaced). Please also note, it does get very muddy after bad weather!
