Sally TBSS Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

psychovw: Making room. I picked up the container and will verify signatures tomorrow. This had a good run. I never liked the name or location of this one. This is my only cache that hasn't been found since July 2012.

Geocache Description:

Located in Oak Openings Forest Preserve in Libertyville, IL. Terrain is a packed gravel bike path.

Following the gravel trail, this cache is approximately 0.8 miles away from parking. I named it after my friend, who I recently introduced into geocaching. Today is his birthday, so I named the cache after his truck. He doesn't live in this state, so do not worry about him making the FTF.

The cache is located near Casey road, but please do not park along Casey road for this cache. If you approach it from the road, you will have about 1" of shoulder then it turns into a deeply sloped ditch. There is a rusty barb wire fence that is along the tree line. People accessing the cache from the gravel path will have no issues with the barbed wire.

As always, use caution and stealth. There are horses and chickens across the street (you may hear them). Please re-hide the cache better than you found it.
