Approach from the North by hiking down the trails from the park parking area. Or, approach from the South by parking at Longleaf and hiking/biking to the entrance gate (see waypoints). Climb over gate on hinge side (swfwmd policy)
When I placed the cache, the water level around it was just right. Not too high, so that I didn't get my feet wet. Not too low, so that I felt like I was on a mini island and enjoyed the sound of flowing water around me.
Depending on the season, you might have to wade to the cache or not be able to get to it at all.
