Geocache Description:



Chinook Bend Natural Area was donated to King County in May of 2000 by the Nestle USA Corporation which also owns the nearby Carnation Farms. It is just now receiving an official developed parking and access location, in fact it’s so new that it’s not officially open to vehicles yet. Until it is, there is plenty of road side parking.



The Chinook Bend Natural Area covers 59 acres and is bordered by the Snoqualmie River on three sides. It’s a great location for fishing, bird watching and communing with nature.

The Cache

A bison camouflaged fairly well to be stay hidden from non-cachers rather than make it difficult to find. Bring a pen to sign the log sheet.
