This cache is mystery cache.
The published coordinates are not true coordinates of cache in coordinates in front of Aoyama station, Aichi Japan.
Listen to this MP3 file that has been linked here.
The key that finds actual coordinates is recorded in this MP3 file by the morse code.

The cache is hidden within 500 meters from the published coordinates.
There are few of muggles around.
So, be extremely careful and stealthy when getting and replacing the cache.
