This is our very first hide (which is easy and great for kids). As with all woodsy caches in the summer, please be mindful of ticks, snakes, mosquitoes, poison ivy, etc. even though little to no bushwhacking should really be required to get to this one.
Parking is available at N35º 49.256 W078º 47.309 at the North Cary Park on Norwell Blvd. just off of the Cary Parkway. Follow the paved trail at the parking coordinates then across the bridge, turn right and then follow the path over 2 bridges. Just after the second bridge, you'll see a well worn trail on your left that heads up to the apartment complex. Follow this small creek along the clearing to get you close.
This cache is fairly easy but the terrain is marked as a 2 because you'll have to hop over that small creek a couple times. This is our first cache that was created by my daughter with toy caching in mind so this is a great cache for a toy exchange. My daughter and her friend (thus the M&R) are going to keep it stocked full of good toys and even take crappy ones out that are taking up space.
Parking is available at the North Cary Park on Norwell Blvd. at N 35° 49.256 W 078° 47.309. A pen is provided to sign the log book.
