KJcachers: It appears somebody doesn't like geocaching in this Park and has taken it upon themselves to remove them all even though these are Park approved caches! So much for trying to do something for the community when one person thinks they know better than everybody else. BTW, If the thief is reading this, feel free to contact me so we can discuss this further. #coward

This cache is a 3 stage multi-cache that will take you from the visitors center to a great view of the park. You will receive information from each stage to help you locate the ne

The final cache is a regular lock-and-lock, located just off the Piedmont Overlook Trail but you will need to follow the stages to find it.  Parking is available at the visitors center.  You will find the information you need at each cache stage.

This cache was part of the 2010 Virginia State Parks Geocaching Wildlife Adventure. This series ended on December 15, 2010, but this cache has been taken over by a volunteer so it is still active. Rewards are no longer available for this cache, but we will be launching the Virginia State Parks 75th Anniversary Geocaching Adventure in March 2011.
