Small film canister, log only...please bring your own pen.
Very close to a small sitting area across from heights library on the heights blvd jogging trail. Please watch closely for muggles, especially around 3 oclock a lot of kids sit around this area.

If you are looking at the library standing in front of the sitting area in the middle its near the heart to your left its not in the heart. NEAR the heart.
