Geocache Description:

Don’t let the country lane fool you, this is still an active cemetery.

This was originally started as Warren Family Cemetery. A deed dated September 9, 1911, gives this acre of land to Henrietta Methodist Episcopal Church. The oldest marked grave belongs to James F. Warren who died in 1872.

As of January 30, 2003, the date of the most recent survey, there were 86 marked graves, 19 marked with either wood or cement blocks (no names), one with only a date engraved on it—4-13, and one unreadable stone—making a total of 107 known graves. Of course, there have been new burials since that time.

No need to cross any fences or enter the grounds. There is evidence that teenagers use the area as a weekend hangout, so watch for trash and remember CITO.

Container is a naked matchstick holder, but don’t let that fool you into thinking this is an easy find.

Update: Added a little more camo to container which also made it a little easier to retrieve(without fear of losing it). But you may or may not have to look a little harder.
