Geocache Description:

Ruxton Creek flows through Englemann Canyon before reaching Manitou Springs. The Pikes Peak cog railway runs along Ruxton Creek for a few miles. The Barr Trail zigzags up the north side of the canyon and a few less well-known trails provide access to the south side.

To get to this cache, take the Turntable Trail. The trailhead can be hard to find. Park in the Barr Trail parking lot, but instead of going up Barr Trail, head back down to Ruxton Road and take it west to the end. Go around a gate, over a metal bridge, and proceed up to the start of the trail (see waypoints).

The cache is a decon container hanging in a tree.
