Welcome to the hunt for the Katzie Slough Bridge Cache! The cache is not at the above coordinates but is is within a few kilometers.Click on the image below if you wish to search for this neat mechanical offset cache!

Once you find the Katzie Slough Bridge Cache container you will notice that space is at a premium so cachers must still perform one small local offset before they can sign the logbook. In the cache container you will find an instruction sheet and a L shaped Hex Key. When this Hex Key is inserted, “in the correct spot”, it will open a custom mechanical cache container which holds the log-sheet. In the attached picture you can see the part of this mechanical cache that is not visible and holds the log-sheet! Have fun!




The greenbelt lands along the Katzie Slough are part of a planned Regional Greenways network. By saving the necessary riparian vegetation to protect a significant waterway, they provide a band of much needed wildlife habitat, at the same time ensuring connectedness from one large habitat block to another.Please respect this wildlife and stay out of the wetlands. There should be no bushwacking required to find this cache.
