Carbuncle Town Park at Carbuncle Pond. Town beach, swings, a slide for the kids, picnicing & hiking trails. Bring your swimsuit & take a dip, but only in season and when lifeguard is on duty. No animals allowed. No alcoholic beverages.
NOTE: In 17 yrs of living in town, have never seen anyone collecting the $5 fee per car for non-residents that the (old) sign claims. If they do, its probably for beach use anyway. Free to use trails on the left & right of the beach.
Hidden in memory of our beloved 21 yr old cat Splash, who passed away 12/19/2009.
