Small water proof container
Every time I drive down this eastern Ontario road, I chuckle at the location of two churches on opposite sides the the road. Then I discovered that name of this geographical location is Kirkhill. And that it is. The Presbyterians on one side and the United Church on the other. The saving of souls!
Must have been some family back & forth over the years, as many of the names on headstones are the same in both cemeteries !
There is also a small pioneer cemetery across the road from the Presbyterian church.
As always, please be respectful and enjoy the history and the views from Kirkhill.
