Geocache Description:

This is a magnetic nano cache (so make sure to stick it to steel when hiding it again) please be vigilent when seaking this as there is limited road space. It may be beneficial to park in the village and walk to the cache site rather than trying to park next to it.
Please note when attempting this cache or any other cache placed by myself you do so at your own risk and responsibility.

Afon Tanat (River Tanat) is a river in northern Powys, Wales. Its source is close to the Cyrniau Nod mountain, to the north of Lake Vyrnwy. The river flows in a generally east-south-east direction until it joins the River Vyrnwy near Llansantffraid-ym-Mechain. For a short distance prior to its confluence it flows within western Shropshire, England. A number of other rivers act as its tributaries, including Afon Eirth, Afon Rhaeadr, Afon Iwrch and Cynllaith.

This is a cache placed to celebrate good times had on the near by river tanat. It is a great river in which many a good year has been passed. From fishing to swimming, kayaking to painting, the river has provided may hours of entertainment and a place to just relax and unwind. If you get a free day maybe you should also give one of these activities a try.

Congratulations to Whizzy1 on his FTF
