My 18 month old (update:now 3-year old) Sadie "helped" me hide this. It is dedicated to her. Before she and her 4 year old sister were born I had over 1000 finds. Since then I have barely 200. We've just now started geocaching again and the girls love it.
This is a pretty easy one. It has a pretty nice view looking east toward Arlington. There is no direct exit from the freeway so traffic is not much of an issue. Cache can hold a few small items. Bring a pen.
