This is a medium size container camo'd to match its surroundings. Terrain is pretty easy but off the beaten path so may not be wheelchair accessible. From this location you will have a good view of the Angel Stadium and if you get this cache during a game, you may see some rowdy Angel fans celebrating before the game.
I wanted my first cache to be something that I was passionate about . . . shopping or Angels baseball. I went with the latter . . . I grew up watching and going to Angel games and always rooting for the RED. When I got older, they hired a new mascot, the Rally Monkey. If you've been to an Angel game you'll usually see him appear during the 7th inning. I have become a big fan of the Rally Monkey and even decided to use this cache as the start of the journey for a Rally Monkey Travel Bug. Although sometimes my team seems to get stuck between a rock and a hard place, they always seem to come out from under.
To the person that is FTF, I left you an Angel keychain and ask that you please help the Rally Monkey meet his goal, he wants to travel to all of the MLB stadiums in the U.S. and have his picture taken in or at each stadium. Please help me get him moving to the next stadium that is nearest you.
Also, note to all cachers, this is a high muggle area so I ask that you PLEASE replace the cache exactly as you found it. Please don't let my first cache get muggled!
NOTE: THIS CACHE IS ON THE RIVER TRAIL SIDE OF THE FENCE. YOU CAN GRAB TWO CACHES AND FIND EASY PARKING AT THE NEARBY "RIVER PARKING" CACHE (GC1QPKG) AND JUST WALKING OVER TO MINE! ENJOY!
