How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

This is a series I thought of to share what I consider to be my caching essentials.

You may not agree because some are not really essential to caching. If you try them they may make the experience more pleasant. I am hardly ever without these items. I’m the type who wants to be prepared for anything.

Software: I like Geocaching Swiss Army Knife software. It can do just about anything you need it to do related to geocaching. I love to have a complete database of all Denver caches to filter as I like and load in my palm pilot and GPS all from one application. I rarely need new pocket queries to go where I want for the day.

I also use Cachemate to display all the cache information in my Palm Pilot mentioned above.
