Site of original place of worship of early settlers to this Gallands Grove area. Log Cabin built in 1859. Frame building built in 1880. Dedication sermon given by Joseph Smith III on 2 - 27 - 1887. Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Check out the stone marker and then look around the area for a soda bottle blank placed at a base of a fence post. It’s the post that has an old birdhouse on it. The fence is behind the cemetery.
