Geocache Description:

Probably the most difficult cache in the Helena area.

This cache is quite the cache. It offers spectacular views of Helena, cool wind in your hair, and a sense of vertigo! Be forewarned.... This cache is not for beginners! This cache required an iron will, technical rope skills and a buddy. It is located about 40 feet off the top of one of the cliff rock faces on Mount Helena, and about 70 feet off the ground. You will need a climbing rope, anchor making material, a harness, a rappel device, and you can either rappel out, or ascend back up the rope with ascenders. There are several sturdy trees at the top to anchor to but you will need to have long webbing to anchor with as they are about 20 ft from the edge. The Cache is tied into the hole in the rock and the log book and pencil should be attached on the inside of the cache (Assuming the duct tape holding it in there stays). If you drop anything please retrieve it and place it back in the hole in the wall! Check out the images in the gallery to get a better idea of hat you're in for. This cache is going to be a challenge, but it will be worth it! Please post photos!
