This is a 6 stage multi, put out specifically with kids in mind, Although it will be fun for all ages.
Park at the Osage Golf Course (you may recognize this as the starting spot for Killerb;s Two fat cats and a one-eyed smiley cache)
A big thanks to the Swanson family for allowing us to put this cache (and the others on their farm) out there. If you see them, let them know how much you appreciate it.
You will be following the one-mile walking trail that circles the first hole of the course. Just below the first tee, you will see the start of the trail.
At the posted coords, you will meet your tour guide. He will start you on a search to find his brother who holds the secret to the location of the cache. You will meet some of his friends along the way.
All the waypoints are fun and easy, so even the youngest can enjoy this cache
All the waypoints are visible from the first tee area, ( tho' binoculars help) so parents, if your kids can run the gps, you can safely let them do this cache on their own!
The final is a 50cal ammo can filled with kid-type goodies. We have so many great young people caching, that we decided against a FTF prize. We didn't want to leave anyone out! So instead we will give the first 10 kids who do this cache a gift certificate for an ice cream cone. We will contact you about getting the certificates (we don't quite have them yet)
