Geocache Description:

Placed at the side of a public footpath which is adjacent to a paddock and farm yard.

Scarrington is a beautiful village close to Bingham with a Grade II listed church and the majority of it's houses being included in the conservation area. Parking for the cache is on the main street and very close to the 'famous' horse shoe pile. It would be rather nice for visitors to take photographs of themselves alongside the pile and post them on the cache page (although not a prerequisite).
The cache is situated along the footpath leading from the road and should be found within a few minutes of parking up. There are other PMO caches nearby which take the visitor through some delightful rural areas.
Please trade up and enjoy this 'one off' cache
