Geocache Description:

Park on Grant Street. Caution is needed when descending hill to cache.

Wily Kat is one of the Thunderkittens, the two overly-curious twins that manage to get themselves into trouble when they're not out joyriding on their spaceboards. He fights with his wits and pellets that contain various annoying substances such as sleeping and itching powder, grease, and even inflatable dinosaurs and other creatures that confuse or stun an enemy. WilyKat's twin sister, Wily Kit has the same weapons he does, and a similar personality except that she can at times come off as a bit more of a know-it-all than her brother. She's been known to lecture him on occasion.
Wily Kit and Wily Katt sometimes only have each other and they like to have fun but sometimes the Kitten's type of fun can land them in hot water.Because Wily Kat can be a little more impulsive than his sister Wily Kit it's often the source of what gets them into trouble.
