Peter Georabbit has asked me to give everyone a message.  He has asked for our help again to find his lost Easter Eggs.
Peter Georabbit
" I was hopping around the Little Econlockhatchee River with my basket of my special Geoeggs, looking for a place narrow enough I don't get my little paws wet.  I was nervous being in the woods alone, because of the sightings of the great  skunk Chupayetiquach ape monster.
Great Skunk Chupayetiquach Ape
When I was a leveret (that's a child bunny) I heard stories of a great monster that would wander the woods and swamps of Florida wearing a hat and carrying a wooden staff.  He would go out and capture young bunnies to make stew from them.  After my sister Muffy vanished, people began talking about this monster, and some began to say he was spotted in the area of where I lost my eggs last year.  So you can understand why I was so nervous.

While I was concentrating on crossing the river, I hear a loud snort behind me.  I hopped away as fast as I could fearing my life.  I ended up in Riverside Park, and my basket was empty.  I must've dropped the eggs while trying to escape the ape monster.  When I calmed down a bit, I realized it probably was not the Chupayetiquach ape, but most likely a hog.  I tried gathering up the eggs, but they were nowhere in sight.  I need some good trackers, like what I had last year to help me find them."

So now it is up to us again to help Peter Georabbit find his eggs.
Swimming Duck
We will gather at the large pavilion in the back of Riverside Park on April 11th at noon.  Be sure to bring some food to share.  Post what you plan to bring so we can be sure of a good variety of dishes.  There will be a grill there for those that wish to bring some hot dogs and burgers.  Don't forget to bring something to drink as well. (no alcohol please, this is a family fun oriented event)
