Geocache Description:

I accidentally found this spot one evening around Christmas time. It's a nice spot to see all the lit up boats and coastline in the winter, as well as to see the unlit view year round.
You're looking for a nano that should be an easy grab. Please be stealthy when retrieving it. There is a sign that says the park closes at dusk so time your visit appropriately and be respectful of the neighbors.
