FUN FOR EVERYONE
Benny wanted to have everyone over again this year for another BBQ and After the FUN TIME we had last year we wanted to Host another EARLY SUMMER BBQ for ALL.We talked with Sask_girl &Novy and decided to do a Post SCAR 2010 "Gathering" for some of the SCAR2010 awards and have a BBQ for ALL to attend.
We know how busy the summer gets so wanted to be ahead of that and with many cacher's in from out of town felt an Early Sunday Event would allow everyone to attend and enjoy the Fun but still get home before dark.
We will start the "Gathering" at 1:00 P.M. and go til the last cacher leaves---Plan to stay and enjoy the fun.
We want all Cacher's Old & New to attend.This will be a Fun time to take in the SCAR awards and Enjoy some Burgers and Swap a Few Stories.
We will supply the Burgers and Condiments.
Let's make the Dessert Potluck--IF you feel like brining a dessert--Please if your from out of town DO NOT feel you have to bring any as there will be lots we are sure and we just want you to come.
Also PLEASE Bring your own Drinks--we will have coolers available to keep them cold but not sure what everyone likes to drink. We will have coffee available.
Also Please throw a lawn chair or 2 in your trunk. We have lots of seating BUT just in case--We hope you have to use them.
We will START the "Gathering" at 1:00 P.M. and have the awards then some visitung and Burgers will be ready by 3-3:30 P.M. so anyone can hit the road after if they want. We will crank up the Fire Pit and be "Open" til the last cacher leaves--LOL
