Geocache Description:

The Joe's River flows to the ocean on the magnificent east coast known as Bathsheba. The cache is best approached from the east (seaside) by working your way up the riverbed from the beach.

There is a relic of an old bridge visible from the cache site. The effects of high tides and the occasional flash flood means that the container is placed above ground. While making your way across the river bed be watchful for the famous crayfish and the darting fresh water fish. It is important to have good foot wear as the approach is rock strewn and very uneven. Even more important is to plan for a walk from the nearest parking. That means you should bring drinking water, hat and shoes that you can get wet! Please do your part to support CITO in this location.
