Barclays Park is located on the East Coast of the island in the parish of St. Joseph.
Barclays Park is a large park stretching from the beach up into the hills. It was donated to the government of Barbados by Barclays Bank to celebrate the island's independence.
The park overlooks the scenic Cattlewash area, where the Atlantic waves pound the shores. It is a popular area (with both locals and tourists) for picnics and get togethers, especially on weekends and public holidays. This area can be full of muggles sometimes, so you may have to be stealthy.
This road, the East Coast road or Ermy Bourne Highway, is our favourite stretch of road on the island. On the one side it has the rugged rocks and hills of the east coast and on the other it has the power of the Atlantic Ocean. You can smell the salt in the air as soon as you turn onto the road.
The cache is a 140ml lock-lock tupperware. Contains a badge for the FTF. Please replace the cache exactly as you found it.
As with many caches on the island that are not in the centre of towns, this cache is best done during the daytime, when it is relatively safe.
Cache maintenance will be carried out by a relative who lives locally.
