Geocache Description:

This is a new cache on Rolla's ACORN trail system for hiking and biking. It's been 2 1/2 years since we placed ACORN Trail #1 (yikes!), so we figured it was about time for another one! The ACORN Trail system will eventually connect 9 of the city's parks. You can get a map of the trail here. ACORN stands for A Community Organization to Restore Nature, which is one of many civic-minded organizations involved in the creation of this trail system.

The cache is a small sample tube container. It shouldn't be TOO hard to find, but then - we always say that, don't we? BYOP - Bring your own pencil.  (Well-prepared cachers should ALWAYS carry a writing implement!) Please make sure you snap the top back into place so the contents stay dry!

This cache has been placed with permission from the Rolla Parks Department. If you're from elsewhere, please note in your logs where you come from. Thanks!
