10 Years Of Geocaching
Come on out and join your fellow Moncton, NB geocachers and
celebrate 10 years of geocaching.
Events of this kind are being held all over the globe on
May
1st and May 2nd to celebrate the past decade of geocaching.
This event, and all other events like it, will receive a special
event icon that will only be available for these anniversary
events. If you want to make sure you get the icon, then make sure
you make it to this event and log your intent to attend. We need at
least 10 people to show up so if you plan on being there, please
log your intent to attend.
This event is being held at the "campfire" pit on the Dobson
trail so bring out your hotdogs and anything else you wish to cook
on the campfire. Fun starts at 4pm and goes until we're out of food
or too tired to keep the fire going. In the event of rain, we'll
post our alternative location the day of the event.
All cachers young and old are welcome to attend and we hope to
see a large group celebrating this historic milestone! We'll be
taking a group photo for the official website and folks should come
dressed in a "festive" manner to celebrate the anniversary.
