Der Stollen
Etwa 90m oberhalb der Straße befand sich das Mundloch des Tiefen
Klinger Stollens, der meistens auch nur als Tiefer Stollen
bezeichnet worden ist. Die ehemalige Halde vor dem Stollen ist
jetzt noch gut in dem kleinen Wäldchen zu erkennen. Das austretende
Wasser dürfte von der Entwässerung des Stollens - der sogenannten
??? - herrühren.
Der Stollen wurde Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts nach N ausfgefahren und
war ca ???m lang. Er sollte der Erschließung der
Eisenerzlagerstätten des Klinger Gangzuges dienen. Es wurden jedoch
keine bauwürdigen Bereiche aufgeschlossen. Eisenerz ist ein Gemenge
aus chemischen Verbindungen des Eisens mit nicht eisenhaltigen
Gesteinen. Erzlagerstätten sind häufig magmatischen Ursprungs. In
geologisch aktiven Gebieten dringt Magma mit einem hohen Anteil an
wertvollen Metallen in die Erdkruste ein. Bei der Abkühlung des
Magmas kommt es zur Auskristallisation der Minerale und zur
Entstehung von Erzlagerstätten.
Durch sogenannte "Überbrechen" war der Tiefe Klinger Stollen mit
dem alten Schacht Wiebesende verbunden.

The gallery
For instance 90m above the road was the mouth hole of the "Tiefer
Klinger Stollen", which was called mostly also only "Tiefer
Stollen". The former waste dump before the gallery can still be
seen well in the small forest. The leaving water might be caused of
deep-well pumping of the gallery - the so-called ???.
The gallery has drifted to N end of the 19. century and was
approximately ???m long. It should serve the development of the
iron ore desposit of the Klinger gallery. However no build-worthy
ranges were unlocked. Iron ore is a mixture of chemical compounds
of the iron with not ferrous rocks. Ore stores are frequent magma
tables of origin. In geologically active areas magma with a high
portion of valuable metals penetrates into the earth's crust.
During the cooling of the magma it comes to the efflorescence of
the minerals and to the emergence of ore stores.
