Geocache Description:

This is one of our favorite resting places along the Waterfall Trail. The Waterfall Trail can be accessed from the Ballancing Rock Trail or from the Summit Creek Trail in West Creston.

A perfect place to stop for a rest or maybe even a picnic while you enjoy the fabulous views of the Creston Valley! There are some other caches in the area, so this hike could be one of the best adventures ever.

There is an old wooden footbridge, which crosses the swamp. Please be careful crossing as there are a few loose planks and some tilted sections that might be slippery depending on the weather. UPDATE... the wooden boardwalk has been re-built and now incorporates a steel grate for traction down the middle! No more slippery boards! The path is easy to follow, with lots of switchbacks to help your ascent/descent. Please watch out for the cliffs and drop-offs along the way while you enjoy the area and the geocaching experience.

You will be looking for a small container just big enough for a couple small trade items! Please bring your own writing tool.
