Geocache Description:

A cache placed for the Bill & Gary's Excellent Tribute Event 2010. Bill & Gary helped to establish the love of caching in the Huron-Clinton Metroparks, especially Stony Creek, and it's time to get some more caches out here to say thanks.

The mountain bike trails at Stony Creek are always busy whether with hikers or bikers so why not add some cachers to that list. A great walk with lots of spring peepers to listen to. Stop along the way to observe all the wildflowers in the area as well.


This cache is located within Stony Creek Metropark, a part of the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority park system. A Metropark Vehicle Entry Permit is required: Annual Permit $25. Senior Permit $15. Daily Permit $5.

Dogs on a leash are allowed in this section of the park.
