Where's the House? Traditional Cache

Where IS the house??? No, not the one across the street... If you look over at the small hill behind you, you will see a chimney, a TV antenna, and various pipes... things you may see on a rooftop. Just add some dirt and a lot of weeds, especially this time of year, and you have an underground house!! OK, maybe not underground, but actually under a small hill.
We have wanted to place a cache here for sometime, but I was hoping to get some backround information on this unique type of home. If anyone has any info on how, why, when, etc... of this place, please share it in your log.
8/16/15 - Replaced cache, same spot different hide. You may need an extraction tool. PLEASE replace the hide better than you found it so it will stay hidden from muggles. This can be a very busy spot at times. The school bus picks up and drops off kids here a few times a day. People stop here for various reasons too, so be careful! Cars seem to fly by this spot, so watch the kids, although there is plenty a safe parking here. Bring a writing tool.
