Dunwich Forest Bonus Mystery Cache
Phil and Sue: Temporarily disabling the series as there is significant forestry activity near the start of the route, including a closure of the parking area. This likely to be ongoing for several weeks, so will reassess once the area is reopened.

The coordinates are not for the cache itself, but for one of the car parks in the forest. The actual cache is to be found at N52° 17.ABC´ E001° 36.DEF where A to F are the clues to be found in other caches in the series.
This is a circular walk of about 4 miles around Dunwich Forest. The full series includes 9 caches and a bonus cache. Collect clues from 6 of the caches to give you the coordinates for the bonus. The walk is generally on good woodland paths and tracks, although some areas can be muddy after rain. You can park in the car park at N52°16.991´ E001° 36.452´. The Forestry Commission, Suffolk Wildlife Trust and the RSPB manage Dunwich Forest in partnership. The conifer plantations that have dominated in recent years are being replaced with more natural mixed woodland and heath, a process known as ‘re-wilding’. Areas in the north are being grazed by a herd of Dartmoor ponies, while to the south is the birdlife-rich heathland habitat. Continuing along the side track after finding the cache will bring you to a gate near the car park.
