The old, unused tracks for the Danville and Western rail line (commonly known as the "Dick & Willie" line, about which I will make no comment) through Martinsville have been converted to a biking/hiking trail, which currently runs about 4.5 miles from end to end, with a few spur trails along the way. You can access the Dick & Willie from various parking areas; the waypoint provided is a good starting point for caches on the western leg of the trail.
Originally, this container was a large ammo box full of reading material, but as it was muggled twice, it has been replaced by something much less conspicuous. The hiding place should be fairly evident.
Congrats to Snoopinaround, FTF.
