HOW-TO: To locate this Cache-cam you will need to:
FIRST: Make your way to the biggest party town in the South.
SECOND: Locate the Establishment with the "Noisy Feline" theme
that is at the intersection of the "main" street and a street named
after a Saint(careful--there are many of these).
THIRD: Call a friend on your mobile phone and have them log onto

(or have a pre-set time that they will be monitoring the cam-site
above) or if it is downTRY

then, smile and waive at the cam.
FOURTH: Stay in that position for at least 2-3 min. to give the
cam enough time to "see" you or your friend on the phone tells you
they see you.
FIFTH: Have them save your photo, but make sure they know how to
do this before you drive all the way out to this wild spot!
FINALLY: Post the photo with your log entry on this page and
thats it!

CAMNOTE: The best time to access this Cache-Cam is during the
day because it often turns it's view inside at night. If you want
to log this cache-cam after dark, first find out where the cam
is--if it is inside go on in if you like--you will just have to
locate the inside cam-view as in the photo below--but this could be
a REAL challenge! At other times the owners of the cam will do live
webcasts from the street with the cam. If you are lucky enough you
just may be logging the cache when this happens--!
FREAKNOTE: At certain times of the year this area may be filled
with all kinds of freaks and wierdos--if you see one--have your
picture made with him/her/them and post it here!
