This is a very unoriginal cache - a film canister in a former call center. So if you like quick and easy park and grabs, this is a good one for you to nab while in Ash Grove - the current Greene County geocaching hotspot. If you don't like easy ones, there are plenty of level 5 puzzles down at the county seat.
Overhead lines will probably interfere with your gps. The coordinates will get you close enough though. Just look for the call center. Its on pavement all the way. You might even be able to nab it from your car.
