davidluster: It is with great sadness that I am archiving this Cache.

We moved from Mount Vernon in the Summer of 2011 and this cache was going strong without us there but we are now in South Florida and it sounds like someone has removed it.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to visit this cache! It was truly a great urban cache!

I am not sure if the property owner removed it. He had previously been made aware of it when I was renting the building there.

Geocache Description:

This is a great urban cache. The only real challenge is the cars driving by. Cache is a clean grab, even in the rain. This location is where I spend most of my time. Terrain is accesible to all, even wheelchairs.

Cache is a small Lock-n-Lock. There is no swag. This is a small box that should be perfect for TBs and Coins. As always, bring a writing utensil.
