Der Rio Secco ist ein wunderschöner Schluchtenklettersteig,
weitestgehend naturbelassen mit wenig Eisen. Informationen zum
Steig findet Ihr hier
Allerdings könnt Ihr diesen Cache nicht nur mit
Klettersteig-Ausrüstung erreichen!
Am Ende des ersten Drittels vor dem Gehgelände gibt es ein paar
Meter abseits des Steigs ein Wasserloch (WP3), der Steig führt über
dieses Wasserloch hinweg. Vor diesem Wasserloch findet Ihr eine
etwa acht Meter hohe Wand, in der sich der Cache versteckt. Der
Cache ist von oben durch Abseilen aus dem Steig zu erreichen. Der
Cache ist von unten nicht zu sehen.
Neben der normalen Klettersteigausrüstung wird benötigt:
- 20 Meter Seil im Doppelstrang
- Einen HMS Karabiner
- Abseilausrüstung

Rio Secco is a beautiful via ferrata through an impressive
gorge, it is natural finished with only few ferreous steps. You
find more information about the ferrata here.
To reach the cache you need more than just the normal ferrata
equipment!
At the end of the first third before the first walking area a
few meters beside the track is a water hole (WP3), the track runs
above this hole. In front of this water hole you see an
approximately 8 meters high wall, here you find the cache. The
cache can be reached by roping down from the track. From below you
cannot see the cache.
Beside the via ferrata equipment you need this:
- 20 meter rope
- One HMS carabiner
- Roping equipment
