West Virginia Belle Traditional Cache
jwhitepro: Sorry to all who have had no luck finding. Unfortunately, I have had to replace more than once do to muggling apparently.
I have been working out of town since January and it has been tough to get back and replace it again recently. I think the best thing to do is archive instead of continuing to replace it.
Sorry again for mt lack of attention as of late.

You are looking for a micro hidden within sight of the old docking point for the West Virginia Belle riverboat. BYOP
Locals will remember the West Virginia Belle that used to offer cruises along the Kanawha River. It was most often used for evening dinner cruises and was quite popular.
Now, there's just a large vacant dock growing old. Several years back, The General Seafood Co. made a go at a seafood restuarant by building a restaurant on a barge and docking it at this location. Pretty good seafood fare, but evidently, it just wasn't profitable. You can see the latest incarnation of the "barge" style restaurant a couple miles upstream now at Trojan Landing.
As you search for this micro, take in the view of the river.The ramp to the old dock is gated off, but you can still get a good view of it.While placing this cache, I saw a riverboat pushing 6 barges loaded with coal.
