This is the first hide for whiteaaj. The cache is a mid-size Tupperware style container that has been covered to blend in. Inside you will find a pencil, notepad, sharpener and other little things left behind. We have tried to make this a fun one based on what I have seen and done so far in our short stint at Geocaching. Great place to park is at the entrance of the access road to the power sub-station and a nice walk through the old farm fields to find this one.
This is located in New Market, Md next to the Lake Linganore development. It is not in the development so you don’t need to worry about problems with parking or issues with not being a resident. The best and safest place to park is at the entrance to the power sub-station access road. From there it a short walk ( 200 - 300 yards) through grassy fields and a short distance into the woods. The walk is not too hard and the ground is fairly level. Not too steep or rocky, just some uneven terrain to navigate through to get to this one. The hardest part of this one is seeing the cache, as it is not out in the open. Please replace it where you found it and cover it up!! Thanks.
