Quarry Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

annakido: Returned to check on this cache and couldn't find it. Since it is rarely visited and is in a high-muggle area (believe it or not) I decided not to replace it.

Geocache Description:

In a neat area that looks like it was quarried, hence the name of the trail and cache.

This is where I was headed when I first began my ascent. I'd stumbled upon this area from the top of the bluff, after going to another cache. I figured there was a way to it from the bottom, a shorter way, and I was right. I planted a few caches along the way to here, and then this one as the culmination. More may follow...

You are seeking a partially cammo-covered cookie tin. It is kind of between small and regular in size. It contains the usual swag and logging utensils.

Make sure to rehide very well. This is a well-used area by local youth. I tried to place it in a spot that appeared to be of minimal interest to visitors.

There is a neat overlook nearby with a great view. Just explore the area a bit and you'll find it.
