Geocache Description:

Text Box:

This cache is located near the Possibility Playground inside Upper Lake Park in the City of Port Washington. CC was at the playground with friends from school. That gave me some time to do a little survey of the area and maybe find a spot for a new hide. Not only did I find a nice spot, but I also found the long lost “Half Price” geocache that went missing last November. I get to make a new hide and claim a find! How cool is that? I took the recovered container home and hope to return it to the owner in the near future. After some careful analysis of the log, it appears that some muggles had discovered the cache and decided that they wanted to play geocaching. Unfortunately they didn’t know anything about it and moved the container to a new hiding spot without logging or documenting anything. I guess they just think that we wander around looking for containers hidden in inconspicuous places. Well, actually that sounds about right! Happy hunting!

Park hours are 6:00am to 10:00pm. You are looking for a 35mm film container that is wrapped with camo tape. Please be cautious when removing and replacing the container so that the natural cover stays in-place. The hide is available during winter but and should be winter friendly! Muggles can be heavy so watch out for curious eyes!

Congratulations to TEAMCS - Soo for the FTF!
