Geocache Description:

The terrain is within a natural pine forest and somewhat rocky. pet and child friendly. The actual cache is within a natural clearing. A path takes you almost all the way to the cache site but some bushwacking will be required near the end. Normal precautions should be taken regarding native wildlife. ticks, snakes, poison ivy, etc could be present as in any other woodlands.
Please, no night caching. There have been problems with folks going into the woods to 'party'.

This cache is currently not accessable due to the construction on the dam. It could be in this state for up to a year. I plan to replace the cache when the area opens up to the public again.

contents are mostly for kids but there are also some dog toys and some led lights etc for adults.
It has come to my attention that the locals have been contacting police when vehicles are there at night. Please, no night caching. There have been problems with folks going into the woods to 'party'. Thanks for your cooperation.
