Grassy Mountain commands an awesome view of the Mohawk Valley, so try to go on a clear day. The cache is hidden near the top of the grassy face and has room for small trade items. There is a $25 Gift Card to PF Changs for the first finder.
There are probably other ways to approach, but this is how we got there:
Take Bowman Road up to the "parking coordinates". There are many Geocaches along this road. Be sure to carry water. Cell phone service is great up on the slope. Take the trail from the parking coordinates up the ridge until you hit the logging road. Head East until you reach the "trail coordinates". At this point it's a deer trail scramble up to the cache site. Have you been to "Holy Hill Batman" (GCG217)? It's much the same just further. On the return, use the trail coordinates to avoid overshooting access point.
