This was formerly called Curse of the FTF #4 Allamakee County. Since it has served its purpose of creating more caches I am giving it a new name.
This cache is located in a popular City Park down near the pond. Its location is out of the way of most activities. This is a microcache about the size of your pinky, so BYOP.
