Geocache Description:

This is your typical nano cache in the city...a quick park and grab. It is accessable by wheel chair and you never have to leave the sidewalk.

I was sitting in my car waiting for the wife in the market. I saw this spot and I immediately thought "this is a good spot for a quick fix park and grab" even though the site is not really a particularly special or scenic location. If there are too many DNFs I'll add a hint later. However it should be quite easy to find, especially for a seasoned cacher without being noticed or looking suspicious. However as always watch out for the obvious muggle. Good luck.
